Clubspark Quick Start Guide

Published on 6 January 2026

Welcome to Clubspark, the system Dundalk Tennis, Badminton & Squash Club now uses for membership, court bookings, events, leagues, and coaching. Every member will use one account for everything.

This guide is designed for new and existing members, especially first-time users.

Quick Start (Invited Members – Most Existing Members)

Most existing Dundalk LTC members will receive an email invitation to join Clubspark.

If you receive an invitation email:

  1. Open the invitation email from Dundalk Lawn Tennis Club / Clubspark
  2. Click Accept invitation
  3. Create a password (your email address will already be filled in)
  4. Confirm your details

Once completed, your account will automatically be linked to your membership.

⚠️ Important: Please do not create a new account unless you have not received an invitation. Creating duplicate accounts may delay access to your membership.
